ILT Projects: This sections is a direct link to the Information Literacy and Technology projects page. Here you will find projects that provide teachers with standards-based, age-appropriate, engaging technology supportive curriculum. The projects are offered in relevant and meaningful contexts where the use of technology contributes to a unique learning and teaching experience, built on best-practices of teaching and widely-accepted learning principles.
Teaching With Technology: This section contains information that teachers may find useful in helping them integrate technology into their classrooms. Here you will find author study web pages, resources for using software applications, WebQuests, and other classroom related materials.
Professional Development: This section contains information that teachers may find useful in helping them understand the use of technology. Here you will find information and training materials on the use of Infinite Campus, Manila, and other district level software tip cards.
Planning and Purchasing: This section contains information about purchasing instructional hardware and software, including recommended Math and Literacy titles. Here you will find links to the Technology Purchasing Calculator, recommended software, and guidelines regarding technology purchases.
Information Literacy & Technology: The goal of the Denver Public Schools' Information Literacy and Technology Plan (ILT) is to enhance student learning and teacher practices through the collaborative development and implementation of learner-centered, standards-based projects that use digital resources and tools. Webspirations: This page is an archive of web sites sent to DPS teachers via regular Webspirations emails. Webspirations are sent to teachers throughout the school year on a semi-regular basis and are focused on grade levels and content areas. This website collection will continue to grow, so check back often.
