Requesting Changes to Enterprise Systems


Enterprise systems are those systems that are used districtwide, such as the student information system, the HR/Payroll System, the Financial System, or the Data Warehouse

A procedure is in place for requesting changes, enhancements, new development or production adjustments to systems, including financial, human resources, chalkboard and student information systems.

The request must be made by a department head, manager or supervisor and then forwarded to the Hotline at 720-423-3888 or dots_hotline@dpsk12.org. Your request will be responded to within 2-3 business days.



Project Management



DoTS provides project management services to departments interested in developing project plans for their large-scale projects. For more information, contact the DoTS Hotline at 720-423-3888.

Change Control



Change Control is the mechanism whereby district staff is notified in a proactive and timely manner of changes to production system environments managed by DoTS. All changes to production systems (not including data changes) must be brought to a Change Control meeting before the change can be implemented.
