Audio Visual Repair

To request repair of any audio-visual equipment, call the DoTS Hotline at 720-423-3888. Before calling, please be prepared with the following information:

  1. Your name, department or school and telephone number.

  2. The kind of equipment being repaired (i.e., Panasonic television).

  3. A brief but concise description of the problem. It is important to know whether the problem is constant or intermittent. What tests have you done to determine that the equipment has failed?

  4. A complete serial number for each piece of equipment.

  5. An exact location of the equipment so the outside repair vendor can easily locate it.
