| Five new schools will be added to SASIxp. 427 KIPP Cole Transition will be assigned for the 2005/2006 school year for the Cole transition, 488 Denver Peak Academy will be assigned for the 2005/2006 school year as per the BOE approval. The remaining schools are for tracking summer school or center programs, SE Summer School - 913, SE Center Program - 914, and HS Summer School - 915.

| DBAS - Upgrade Designer to 9.0.4.5
|
| The Oracle Designer repository and each client install need to have the most recent patch set installed. Functionality is not impaired at the current patch level, but in order to migrate Designer to a 10g database, the current patchset needs to be applied. The upgrade is two- phased. First the repository will be upgraded. Immediately following all 21 Designer clients will be upgraded.
