18-FEB-05 ARCH - Upgrade Archibus Application to version 14.2 from 12.0
Upgrade Archibus database and workstations from version 12.0 to 14.2 per testing and validation performed internally by the Tech Cell. Upgrade will be performed by Archibus Solutions support vendor, whereby the database will be FTP'd to the vendor on Thursday at noon, with return and installation on Friday morning.
13-JAN-05 NETW - Data Move from Admnn02 to DPSNAS01
Moving of directories from admnn02dataProcomp, promange, and dots budget to dpsnas01. Procomp and Promange directories will be moved to dpsnas01admin. DoTS budget will move to dpsnas01dots.
31-JAN-05 SASI - Build new schools 427, 488, 913, 914, 915
Five new schools will be added to SASIxp. 427 KIPP Cole Transition will be assigned for the 2005/2006 school year for the Cole transition, 488 Denver Peak Academy will be assigned for the 2005/2006 school year as per the BOE approval. The remaining schools are for tracking summer school or center programs, SE Summer School - 913, SE Center Program - 914, and HS Summer School - 915.
15-FEB-05 LAWS - DH271 - Kronos File Copy Script The DH271 creates a file that Kronos uses as an input. The file must be placed in the /transfer/law724 directory for Kronos to read it. The script that performs the copy was never moved to production. As a result, the output file must be moved manually. The script must be moved from LAWTST1 to production.
15-FEB-05 ISEC - Upgrade 8e6 Internet Filter Upgrade the 8e6 Internet Filter to version 1.5 The new version includes an option to enable Google Safe Search on all Goolge searches, X-Strikes which may disable a users access if they attempt to view inappropriate material several times in a short time window, and new categories to the URL database.
