| 25-AUG-05 | GIS_ - Change MapServices to point to merged walkzone layers | MapServices currently points to a different layer for every middle and high school walkzones. The walkzones have been merged to a single layer for middle and a single layer for high school walkzones. MapServices will point to the new merged layers which will increase efficiency and assist in keeping SDE clean. | ||||||||||||
| 25-AUG-05 | NETW - Comcast fiber move 8/25/05 | Comcast are going to do a fiber conversion on the 288 count between TCC and TCS-43. The city has there I-net backbone on this and the city channel 8 from the city and county building. DPS is also on this fiber for there I-net so they need to be contacted. This will happen on the morning of the 25th of August and should only last an hour. This should be back up around 1:00 am. | ||||||||||||

| 26-AUG-05 | NETW - Comcast cable move 8/26/05 | Comcast is replacing the fiber we used for the underground conversion installed earlier this month on 16th & Milwaukee since this fiber run is short this will be done around 2:00 am and will take only about an hour to do this work on the morning of the 26th of August. Comcast cannot change the timing of this project. I realize that school will have just begun at that point but given the timing and short duration, hopefully this should not cause a significant issue for you all. | ||||||||||||

The enhancements are composed of requested product functionality from local Districts moving to Infinite Campus. | 17-AUG-05 | DTWH - Promote STUDENT_PROFILE_FROM_IC project to production (ODSPROD) | This project will use the IC data as the source for student information included in the Student profile report. The IC data will refresh the ODS and subsequently the Student Profile report on a weekly basis. The data now available for the Student profile report is student demographic information, current & historical enrollment data, student schedules, incident/outcome data, program svcs & transcript info. It includes31 ETL mappings, pulling data from 21 IC tables populatng 23 ODS tables. | ||||||||||||

DH220 creates extract file for LION (Library).This file has all the employees details like DPDID,address,Last name,Firstname etc. New fields were added into the Extract file. Email Id and Classroom Field "STAFF". The Classroom Field will be used to seperate STAFF overdue notices from STUDENT overdue notices. The DPSID (without the 27137 prefix) was included in the UNIV ID (u) field | ||||||||||||
