Below is the list of Enterprise Services that DoTS Systems offers and details of each offering:

• Server - Processor/Machine/CPU Resources
  • Primary platform - Microsoft Windows 2003 or higher
  • Primary implementation - Virtual Server via Microsoft Virtual Server

  • Primary Platform - Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or higher
  • Primary Implementation - 64 Bit

• Web Server Resources
  • Primary Platform - Microsoft IIS
  • Primary Implementation - Multiple sites per machine, served and possibly load balanced via Microsoft ISA server

• Disk/File Share Resources
  • Primary Platforms - EMC (Symmetrix disk, Fibre Channel disk, ATA disk)
  • Primary Implementation - Storage Area Network via Fibre Channel (EMC Storage, Cisco Network and Emulex Host Cards)

• Backup Resources
  • Primary Platforms - HP Data Protector
  • Primary Implementation - Backup's are performed for Disaster Recovery purposes and are retained for two weeks

• Batch Resources
  • With proper documentation we will run batch jobs 24 hours a day, 5 days a week (District holidays are excluded)

• Monitoring Resources
  • Primary Platform - HP OpenView, Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM), and/or periodic Operation's personnel interaction
  • Primary Implementation - HP OpenView via SNMP MIB's, as well as detailed documentation specifying what to do and who to call if an error occurs
